Services

The University of West Attica (UNIWA) offers organized Electronic Services, supported by the Network Support Department, which cover educational, research, and administrative-organizational needs, as well as the communication needs of the members of the Academic Community.

These include:

a) Electronic services in the educational process

The asynchronous e-learning platforms e-Class and Moodle support the educational process, offering features such as the posting of digital educational course material, organization of working groups, assignment of tasks, student assessment, and communication with professors via announcements and messages.

Additionally, the synchronous distance learning platform MS Teams supports the delivery and attendance of course lectures through modern electronic classrooms.

b) Electronic services supporting administrative services – Student Registry

UNIWA has implemented a Student Registry system, which significantly supports the work of the Departmental Secretariat. It provides postgraduate students with the ability to register for courses via the Internet, enables electronic submission of course grades by faculty members (DEP – Teaching and Research Staff), and facilitates the notification of students about their course examination results.
