At the beginning of each semester, the academic calendar of the IIPSP, which is determined by a decision of the PSC, is announced to the postgraduate students. The academic calendar specifies the start and end dates of the semesters, public holidays, as well as the start and end dates of the examination period for each semester.

The PSC prepares and announces the examination schedule for each examination period in a timely manner, and no later than ten (10) days before the start of the examinations.

A resit examination period may be offered, in which postgraduate students who fail the examination of a course (or courses) during the regular period, or postgraduate students who did not participate in the examination of a course (or courses) during the regular period, are entitled to participate.
